the tines of the forks scorched into your lips shows your true love for the 'mallow. I mean, really? Who else would go to those lengths? It could be the way 'mallow lovers greet each other and authenticate one another on the streets.

And please I need details on the GIANT MARSHMALLOWS (which I feel must be all caps typed) because my sister is a fellow 'mallow lover and this would bring joy unto her very soul.

Oh, I'm sorry..but that's funny! It reminds me of the time, when I was in my early teens, that I thought if a person could get a tan with a tanning lamp (way pre-tanning beds), why not my bedside lamp? As I eased my face towards the lightbulb, I obviously misjudged the size of my growing adolescent nose, and blistered off the end of it. Hope it's all better soon.

I have seen and TASTED the giant marshmallows. They are not as good as they look. In fact, first bite, wonderful; second bite, not so much; third bite...no more.

Do you agree? Or do you love them?

My favorite marshmallow experience is roasting the mini-marshmallows over a candle with a toothpick.

owwwwwwwwwww! That looks incredibly painful! But was it worth it? That's what I'm wondering. Was the marshmallowy gooey goodness worth having funky hurty stripy lips for a little while?

That "move along here" moment at the supermarket? That happens to me. Often. Like in almost every aisle. There's always something new to look at in there. Luckily we've just moved across the street from a supermarket (not as trashy as that sounds, I promise) and I can wander over in my free time to browse the aisles.

This reminds me of my first pregnancy when all I craved was jam doughnuts.

I had bought two of my favourite jammy treats the day before and eaten one that day. The following day I was craving that second jam doughnut with all my bumpy being (as preggy people do).

I went to the box and found it was a little stale and hard but I still had to have it. Brilliant Idea #1 - pop it into the mirowave to soften for a few seconds and it will be good to go....(you know where I'm going don't you?)

Well, when that steamy hot yummy doughnut came out the microwave I was literally drooling all over it and proceeded to take a huge bite. Hmmmm - not so hmmmm. The jam was piping HOT and ripped my lips clean off! Not only was I lipless, but the jam had run down my chin and caused a blister. I could only swallow the bite of jammy yumminess and I burnt my tongue and mouth in the process as well.

I have NEVER eaten a jam doughnut since...so I can relate

Oh Nat, that looks super owchie. I have to ask where in Portland were these giant marshmallows procured, I NEED them. As you know I share your love of marshmallow, we did share that amazing marshmallow gelato- I was so sad the last time I was there and they didn't have it.
